The Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development (Tufts CSDD) invites you to become a Tufts CSDD Sponsor.
Tufts CSDD is the only academic, multi-disciplinary, non-profit group with a commitment to further understanding the issues that impact the development of new drugs and biologics. For thirty years, the Tufts Center has advocated on behalf of initiatives and issues that further the cause of pharmaceutical innovation. Our work is cited by both FDA and industry because it is unbiased, scholarly, and rigorously scrutinized.

- Access to the Louis Lasagna Library of Drug Development Science and Policy—over 25,000 items—containing documents, reports, texts, and other information concerning many aspects of the drug development and regulatory review process. A full-time research librarian is on staff and available to assist our Sponsors with their requests.
- Access to our Senior Research staff for specific information as well as to ask questions regarding a specific area of study.

* Sponsors—pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, trade associations, niche providers, and other organizations—agree to an annual minimum level of support based on the company’s size and type. Financial contributions cover approximately 55% of Tufts CSDD’s operating expenses. The remainder comes from foundation support, grants for commissioned projects, registration fees for courses and conferences, and subscription fees for certain Tufts CSDD publications. Sponsoring companies have no direct access to any of Tufts CSDD’s proprietary databases, and, although they may suggest topics for investigation (as do regulators and other academics in the field), they have no direct influence on the group’s research agenda.
