Leadership for Drug Development Teams:
Cross–Functional Leadership Skills for Pharma and Biotech R&D

Each year, thirty-five attendees, from the around the world, attend Tufts CSDD's
annual Leadership for Drug Development Course.
Senior Project Managers, regulatory managers and researchers from Pharma and BioPharma companies, scientists, academics and federal government employees, participate in workshops designed to:
- Increase communication
- Motivate teams
- Achieve project goals
- Build collaboration across an organization
The three-day conference features group discussions and team building
exercises, as well as presentations by industry and academic leaders, with a
focus on real-life course materials and the development of take-away action
plans.
