Alliance, Partner and Vendor Management
Most organizations utilize third party providers, whether they be strategic partners, collaborators, academics, or vendors, to deliver much of a project’s content and quality. Tufts CSDD’s Alliance, Partner and Vendor Management is an interactive course that will teach participants how to apply alliance management strategies to optimize their development plans. We will assess and apply a strategic partner framework as well as a service provider maturity model that can be applied to a wide variety of outsourced relationships to maximize productivity and reduce risk. These frameworks can be applied to the selection, management and contracting of third party providers.
The course will be 3 hours in duration and limited to 20 participants to allow for significant engagement and networking opportunities. To provide additional support for applying course lessons at work, we will schedule “Virtual Office Hours” two weeks after the course. This will allow participants to share success stories, gain additional insights and discuss some of their most pressing challenges with peers and instructors.
