Dr. Jennifer Kim is a Research Associate Professor at the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, Tufts University School of Medicine. She is a behavioral scientist whose research and consulting focus on addressing work and heath disparities in STEM. Specifically, she explores both system and individual-level factors that contribute to disparities, while also examining interventions that can help reduce barriers faced by marginalized communities. She received her BA from Wellesley College and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

  • Exploring how lung cancer exclusion criteria can adversely exclude racial minority patients based on existing comorbidities
  • Examining the impact of inclusive leadership practices in technology and drug development
