Jonathan Hughes has nearly 30 years of experience consulting and advising global pharmaceutical and biotechnology executives on growth strategies, outsourcing, partnership negotiation, change management, and innovation adoption. Jonathan currently serves as an independent consultant and participates on the faculty in Tufts CSDD’s postgraduate course. Previously he was National Managing Partner and Global Practice Leader for Management Consulting at BDO, and before that, a senior partner and Board Chair at Vantage Partners. Jonathan has published extensively in major business journals and in the trade press and he has guest lectured at the Fuqua School of Business, the Darden School of Business, the US Military Academy at West Point, the Wharton School of Business, and Harvard Law School. He received his AB in philosophy from Harvard University.
